Ira Sprinzen
Interior Designer
With an entire career dedicated to mastering the interior design industry, Ira has the necessary skills and “designer’s eye” to implement the core values associated with New Vision Staging & Design. Ira’s background begins with his schooling at The Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) and The Parsons School of Design. In 1981, Ira set up his own company, Ira Associates, which specialized in presentation design consulting services.
Ira has designed hundreds of showrooms at the International Home Furniture Markets in North Carolina, San Francisco, Atlanta and, most recently, Las Vegas. Ira has earned the distinguished award for Best Showroom and Best Design Display twice. There are over a thousand showrooms in these furniture Markets where companies from all over the country shop for their inventory and to receive this highly sought after award is not one that many receive. Most recently, Ira's design expertise captured the attention of several overseas furniture companies and developers who personally selected him to bring his unique style to mainland China where the newest trend is replicating the style of an American interior designer. Providing superior interior design services is what Ira does and we are privileged to have him as part of the New Vision Staging & Design team as a lead designer and consultant.
Jennifer Powell, ASP
Design Specialist
Jennifer is a 2010 graduate of High Point University where she earned a B.S. in Home Furnishings Marketing coupled with a minor in Interior Design. From 2006 to 2010, Jennifer worked at the International Home Furnishings Market as a Sales Representative for COE Limited selling furniture and setting up showrooms. In addition, she completed an internship with Pearson Company, a producer of fine, custom ordered upholstery furniture. She worked directly with design executive, Jennifer McConnell, and assisted in choosing vendors, designs, and fabrics for their new line last spring as well as designing the showroom for market. Jennifer also worked on the retail level at Bed, Bath, & Beyond for three years helping customers with various household needs. She has furthered her education and received her Accredited Staging Professional’s (ASP)certification, where she has access to a large network of designers, vendors, and a wealth of information. She began working with New Vision Staging and Design in May 2010. New Vision Staging is excited to have her as a part of our team as staging and home furnishing design has always been a dream of hers; she is now able to use her experience and knowledge in the field to carry out design professionally with us!
